Swiss Kitesailing Association (SKA) is the Swiss body for all kite classes and the olympic mandate within Swiss Sailing (SUI Sailing). SKA operates with the international body International Kiteboarding Association (IKA). Founded in 1997, SKA is responsible for:

SKA is led by a team of dedicated board members whose fascination with wind and sea has shaped their lives and inspired their commitment to the sport of kiteboarding. Their shared passion is the driving force behind their engagement with SKA, where they channel their energy into developing the sport, supporting athletes within a vibrant community.

SKA maintains a flat hierarchy, with the presidency rotating annually among the board members. This approach ensures that leadership is shared and that every voice contributes to the direction of the association.
